Join us with Aravaipa Running and Friends of Cheyenne Canon for a trail adventure and trash cleanup event!
Go at your own pace. The plan is to head towards Marys Peak. You’ll go as far as you can in 45 minutes and then turn around. When we return to the trailhead, we’ll grab supplies to clean up trash at the parking lot and along Gold Camp Rd.
All are welcome! New to running or already a professional trail runner? You are welcome to join us! Hikers too! The idea is to get together, enjoy the outdoors, and give back to public lands. The city of Colorado Springs requires all volunteers to sign up here.
Cleaning supplies and gloves will be provided.
Please bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and proper attire for running/hiking.
